Options: Inhaler or Roller
Essential Oils: Sweet Orange, Lime, Spearmint
Precautions: None known for allergies. Avoid direct sunlight on application site for at least 12 hours if you use a roller.
To use, hold inhaler to one nostril, close the other and deeply inhale for 5 seconds. Switch to the other nostril and inhale deeply for 5 seconds. Repeat and use as needed throughout the day. For a roller, roll onto skin preferably behind ears, on the back of the neck, or on the wrists. Use 2-3 times per day.
