Essential Oils: Clary Sage, Geranium, Lavender, Patchouli
Precautions: Not for children under 14 or those with low blood pressure.
To use, hold inhaler to one nostril, close the other and deeply inhale for 5 seconds. Switch to the other nostril and inhale deeply for 5 seconds. Repeat and use as needed throughout the day. For a roller, roll onto skin preferably behind ears, on the back of the neck, or on the wrists. Use 2-3 times per day.
